      Pros

      Hands on position with wide ranging responsibilities and work experiences. Challenging environment, but strong wage and bonus opportunity. Hard working employees.

      Cons

      Upper management lacks people skills, dirty and dangerous work environment, non engaged work force, small amount of support staff.

      Pros

      Their no.1 pro was every ones safety! The manager was up to par on his communication skills and could adapt to each and every employee!! It was also easy to earn a raise if you were a hard worker.

      Cons

      I did not see any down sides for working for the company. I loved it and would still be employed by Strategic Materials if I hadn't been in work release and had to come home.

      Pros

      The 12 hr shifts makes it possible for you to spend time with family. They do have some good people to work for them.

      Cons

      Low pay, terrible health insurance, dusty and stinks
