For many years, SRI has had a detailed and organized Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the international standards of ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Level 3 requirements, which is available via our secure employee portal hosted within our SharePoint environment. The QMS provides each employee firsthand information on processes, procedures, forms and training links. Our online QMS is a resource for every employee to enable them to perform their job.
SRI leverages industry leading technology in support of our corporate operations. We have a fully automated applicant tracking system accessible from various web platforms on PC, Mac, and other mobile devices. We leverage the ADP WorkForceNow Employee Self-Service Portal allowing all employees to monitor and manage their data real-time. We leverage the Deltek Costpoint Time and Expense System enabling employees to record time through mobile devices and allows for mobile capture of receipt while on travel. These are just a few of our technology offerings to offer time-saving and real-time access to data for all employees.
SRI has long believed in empowering employees to fulfill the requirement of their job through training, education, and provision of resources for them to achieve successful performance. Every employee has the responsibility to perform his/her job requirements. Goals are set in accordance with the job and management works with every employee to ensure complete understanding of all requirements. SRI has an open-door policy which allows employees to seek whatever assistance needed in the performance of his/her job. While some review micromanagement as negative, to the contrary, in some cases it is needed as a form of proactive management to work alongside our employees, ensuring they have the day-to-day guidance to grow and ultimately be successful in their job. Every manager has the responsibility to empower their employees to grow, learn and expand their roles for advancement whether within the Company or outside; and, when that empowerment is demonstrated by the employee, rewards are given to include advancement and compensation.
