Thank you for providing support and service to SRI for over 5 years. We value and appreciate every contribution from our employees (current and former). SRI remains committed to providing competitive pay and benefits to all employees coupled with the ability to perform rewarding work with our U.S. military and their families. At times, based on the operation tempo of Government contracts, some employee reviews are conducted after the employee’s anniversary date. However, 100% of the time, employee increases are retroactively applied to ensure no negative impact to our employees.

Working daily with military and their families. The position was autonomous and a flexible schedule.

Cons

Deceptive corporate practices, low salary, no option to take PTO for a year, potentially required to find a replacement when/if you did take leave.
