When COVID-19 broke out one year ago, SRI took quick actions to mitigate the health risks to the staff seriously. Safeguarding the staff was important to Ms. McElrath-Slade which makes my coworkers and I feel truly valued and appreciated.

Cons

Sometimes I miss the in-person connections with my great coworkers, but I know to keep us all safe and healthy, we remain socially distancing now.
