Pros

SRI has been in business over 20 plus years due to the dedication of the CEO and Senior Management by ensuring employees have an equal opportunity for growth and advancement, clients, customers and employees are treated with dignity and respect. Very dedicated to providing the best possible service to the war fighters and their families who have sacrificed some much for this country. There’s always going to be that 10% of disgruntled employees that do not agree with these comments and that's okay too, that is why I love this country (freedom of speech). God Bless these United States of America.

Cons

The current office accommodations have become over crowed due to the rapid growth of the company

Pros

Having been with SRI for quite a while, I can honestly say that you would be hard pressed to find a company that is more employee-focused. It's too bad that we're all so busy and focused on delivering such great service to our customers that we don't have time to seek out websites like this to share what a great company it is.

Cons

None. Great company with outstanding leadership from the CEO on down.

A CEO who truly cares

Pros

There are people that do things for self exaltation, and there are people that do things just out of the kindness of their heart. I want to focus on the later, because doing things for people when nobody's around demonstrates true character. I recently had an opportunity to be a part of one of those occasions, and witness a wonderful example of kindness and charity, from our CEO, Rose Slade. One of my friends has a young daughter whose dream was to go to a stadium and see a real football game. But, because of this father’s financial situation, this could really only be a far-off dream. Well, as chance would have it, I had the opportunity to go to a Washington Redskins game with my work team. But, knowing how much it would mean to this father to take his little girl to a game, I thought I would ask Mrs. Slade if she could help. Mrs. Slade doesn’t really know me, but she does have an open door policy, so I wrote her an email asking if it would be okay for me to give my game ticket to someone who has no connection to SRI; my friend’s little girl. Not only did Mrs. Slade immediately respond with an enthusiastic “yes” that it would be okay, but she sincerely thanked me for helping someone in the community. Mrs. Slade also found another ticket so that father and daughter could enjoy this experience together. Finally, she said that my good deed didn’t go unnoticed; that she would personally make sure that I would receive a ticket for another game this season. I have come to learn that Mrs. Slade makes sure that she and the company give back a lot, in both big and small ways, to the communities where SRI serves. I find it inspiring that she does this even though people will probably never know of it.

Cons

there are no cons just wanted to share the type of CEO the company has
