Conveniently located in the Tyson's area.

Cons

CEO is prone to temper tantrums; speaks harshly to staff on a routine basis. Management is conducted by fear and intimidation. Employees are not empowered to do their jobs and are subject to harsh criticism. Employees are discouraged from engaging in normal social interactions during the work day. Inadequate resources are provided to do the job..This is not a healthy atmosphere and not a good place to work

Government contracting can be very demanding and intense. But having a team of co-workers and management that are always willing to chip in as needed makes it all worth it! Rewards for hard work are given when least expected and are greatly appreciated.

Cons

If you do not appreciate a high paced, customer oriented environment, SRI is not the place for you, There is an expectation that all employees are fully committed to providing superior service every day.
