      There are so many things that I value about my employment with Strategic Resources, Inc! First most, is the wonderful, supportive management team that makes themselves available to me...morning, noon, or night. They always have your back and continually look for ways to make their sites a better place to work, live, and thrive. No question or request is too hard for these amazing professionals.

      Cons

      I feel that Strategic Resources are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the wonderful environment that they have for their employees. They strive to be the best in the business. There is nothing that I can come up with for improvements, because they always beat me to it! Highly recommend this stellar company.

      Pros

      Great work environment and we really focus on teamwork. Our Site Manager and corporate leadership provide great guidance, positive feedback, and make sure any questions or concerns are always responded to pretty quickly.

      Cons

      As always, opportunity for higher pay would be great.
