Still amazed at how the processes work here. They’re easy to follow and very straightfoward which clears the confusion for the rest of us. People are not rigid, easy to talk to, and insanely smart. You’ll learn a lot from everyone, especially from your teammates.

Management is responsive and helpful, takes accountability when necessary. A lot of us also are very close to management, which is a good sign of good leadership.
