Pros

In the past couple of years the Stratix culture has really evolved and grown. The leadership team is heavily invested in the culture and in the people. Stratix offers great benefits including flexible vacation time for many of its employees. There is a lot of room to grow and expand your career. Most importantly, this is a great group of people to work with.

Cons

I can't think of any.
