Pros

Steady opportunity. Employees that are there to work do. It's an established company with plenty of growth opportunity with proper leadership.

Cons

Inexperienced leadership, favoritism and lack of accountability. No break area and during Covid that's certainly a concern. The break room is the size of a closet.

Its OK - OK pay, OK environment, OK boss - its just OK

Cons

Sometimes its like working in a pressure cooker. Sometimes there isn't anything to do. Feels like 5 directors for every employee
