Mobility is growing and changing so fast that it is an exciting industry to be a part of. Stratix has some highly intelligent technical resources.

Cons

The Stratix game plan changes with the wind. Management talks about having a very successful quarter/year and then has a layoff. Tend to send mixed messages. And the Stratix office building is in desperate need of renovation.
