      Nepotism

      Pros

      The new CEO is a game changer...however some old players still make the rules.

      Cons

      Nepotism at it's finest. Most of the people advancing in their career, here, are related to someone inside. You get to be the best if auntie works here, you also get promotions. It's like "you take care of my son, and I will take good care of your neice" My department had the director changed every year, but the red shoes are always in position, promoting yearly and expanding her roots. Employees are literally running from there.

      Pros

      From the very top - the CEO - through all management, this company is truly obsessed about their people and their customers in my opinion. Just in the last six months, there have been many internal promotions of star performers. There is always lots of recognition on jobs well done and where else does your leadership team wish you a happy birthday, call you when a family member has died and text you Merry Christmas on Christmas Day! They truly care about the people. They also care about our customers....every team member goes above and beyond to do what is right for customer...i think that is just great!

      Cons

      Stratix is small but growing so lots of changes, but really that is not a con....it just means there's lots of process improvement happening and we have to be flexible to change as we grow.
