Good work /life balance, Great leadership, Growing company, Welcomed me from day one and company really shows that they care about their employees. Company does something special every Thursday to show employee appreciation. Leadership supports new ideas and change. President on the floor often walking around and talking to all levels of employees. He really cares.

Cons

Like all companies right now, we are struggling to find good/reliable employees.

Pros

Stratix has a culture that is 2nd to none and provides many business opportunities for growth. The leadership team has challenged, encouraged and empowered the employees - regardless of job title/function - to be creative, think outside the box and lean in to serve our customers, create new business opportunities and serve the community. The result is a winning team positioned for accelerated growth!

Cons

When you are in growth mode, sometimes things can be challenging. However, the folks at Stratix do a really good job in working through challenges as a team to identify quick resolution and lasting results.

One of the best top down communication company I've worked for. We have month Townhall meetings were there is transparent communication.

Cons
