Pros

Working with the technicians. They come from all backgrounds and love to work at Stratix. The culture at the company is good. They do a lot to make their employees feel happy to work there. But right as you feel happy, they gut you by taking something you love away, such as covid bonuses.

Cons

Stratix let's employees have social media accounts full of racist, anti-LGBT, and misogynistic posts. HR doesn't care if you have to work with a racist, and they'll do nothing to make you or your teammates comfortable in a potentially hostile environment.

Leadership truly cares for its employees and customers! In working for Stratix you will find there is opportunity for growth within the organization. Everyone works hard, but it is a fun company to work for. Great customers, partners and teammates!

Cons

A good problem to have....we need more, good folks to join our teams...we have a lot of work to get done!
