Great Company With Middle Management Issues

Great people and services to clients.

Cons

Middle management has no ownership or accountability. Any problem is always the fault of lower level employees. Middle management does not listen to their employees input and only act in the interest of keeping those above happy and retaining their jobs.

Since I started working at Stratix, it has grown by leaps and bounds. It's exciting to work with some of the biggest names in the mobile industry and some of the largest companies in the world. Stratix's acquisition earlier this has opened the door to even more growth opportunities. I am excited to see the direction the company is headed. There is a reason so many of the employees have worked here for 10+ years- this a company you can truly grow with.

Cons

It would be nice to have more interaction between the warehouse side of the business and the office side, there are so many employees it is difficult to get to know everyone.
