Pros

This is the kind of place you enjoy coming every day. The company is growing fast and with that comes a lot of opportunities. The people are great! They are very fair with work/ life balance and offer some of the best benefits I've seen.

Cons

The company is growing so rapidly it's hard for them to keep up with the staffing demands. Employees have to be flexible as the volume of work is consistently increasing.
