Pros
They are changing for the better and growing out of this small business mentality though they have a long road ahead of them.
Cons
Training to learn how the entire corporation works...the hand offs, the process, etc.. needs major improvement. There are managers that have nasty little egos and have been there way too long. They need fresh minds from the outside to come and take a look at what is realistically in front of them. Managers do not truly communicate like they should. I respect only 2 upper management folks at Stratix and unfortunately, I do not work under their umbrella. They are flat out honest and communicate like a manager should. The rest seem to hide behind their titles in their offices.
