I've been with Stratix for over 3 years and am still passionate about my job. The people are great, everyone pitches in to get the job done and with such a fast paced environment the days never lag. I feel that my contributions are appreciated.

Cons

The work is not hard however there is always a lot to be done, with a smaller company that can get tiring at times.
