A company with Potential. There's some good talent within the company (Not Leadership).

Cons

Leadership is the primary issue - NEGATIVELY. The company lacks transparency. Often hide issues from clients. Leadership blames failures on resources instead of processes. The company isn't aware of the talent it possesses within. I'm concerned for my friends I left behind.

Pros

Since I started working at Stratix, it has grown by leaps and bounds. It's exciting to work with some of the biggest names in the mobile industry and some of the largest companies in the world. Stratix's acquisition earlier this has opened the door to even more growth opportunities. I am excited to see the direction the company is headed. There is a reason so many of the employees have worked here for 10+ years- this a company you can truly grow with.

Cons

It would be nice to have more interaction between the warehouse side of the business and the office side, there are so many employees it is difficult to get to know everyone.
