      Pros

      Hybrid work from home schedule and plenty of PTO time as well as paid holidays. Generous bonuses and competitive pay with frequent increases. The company culture is amazing and no one is burdened with taking on more than their fair share.

      Pros

      Stratos has wonderful employees and everyone wants each other to succeed and reach their goals. The hybrid work schedule is one of the best perks along with many others that comes with working at Stratos!

      Cons

      There aren't any downsides that come to mind.
