      The culture and people are fantastic, and the work is fast-paced yet rewarding. I cannot think of a better firm to work for!

      Cons

      There is a learning curve if you are new to the industry, but you pick up knowledge as you go along.

      Pros

      Stratos took me in with open arms fresh out of college. They have done a wonderful job making me feel welcome and training me so far in ways and a pace I can understand. I am very excited to work for this company!

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, excellent morale, hybrid schedules, plenty of opportunity for growth, great work/life balance, all management including the CEO makes you feel like you belong and never makes you feel inferior, seemingly endless amount of perks including group activities, paid day to volunteer at your choice of organization, smoothies/protein shakes and fruit in office daily, paid training and licensing opportunities, fair bonus checks, employee wellness program

      Cons

      No cons so far in my experience with the company; Just a lot to learn if coming from outside the industry.
