The company culture was great, opportunities to move up were there, and senior management is always open to new opinions.

Cons

There weren't many cons during my time at this company. An individual must be able to handle a fast paced environment or it will be easy to fall behind.

great training, great money at times, great benefits, many products are very good.

Cons

culture discourages ideas or individual creative thinking. managers are not hired for ability to manage but to pass down orders. consumes every part of your life. Leaving without attacks to your character or reputation is rare.
