Straumann is the # 1 Dental Implant company in the world. If you want to work for a leader, then Straumann is for you.

Cons

Straumann is no different than other companies. Mistakes are made and fixed. Nothing is perfect, but management tries to keep the majority satisfied.

They have good benefits and a bonus

Cons

European management style, management says one thing, does another. Waaay overboard on being PC. If someone complains about an employee, they are charged, tried, convicted and THEN told at the "sentencing" that there is a problem. No actual investigation to see if the complaint was even valid or accurate.
