Pros

Straumann is an overall good place to work. The people at Straumann are friendly and easy to work with. Straumann's products are among best in the industry. The management team is approachable and fair.

Cons

The strategic direction of company is consistently changing which causes confusion in priorities. This has also lead to multiple reorganizations.

Pros

Straumann products are high quality. Good research but also very good development.

Cons

Poor HR department heavily influenced by senior management, who they like better, and ran by friends of senior management: individuals with poor reputation with a history of international complaints, poor recruitment history evident in high workforce turnover particularly in Japan but widely in Asia. Straumann desperately needs injection of new blood and less Swiss brotherhood at the top.

International company with great people. Good size with plenty of room for growth and impact. Speed of decision making. Strong belief in the high quality of the products based on long term data evidence.

Cons

Growing pains as moving from a small to big company with globalisation of key processes, systems and general ways of working. Can be a bit chaotic at times.
