Career development? What's that? No corporate culture or policies in place to create feeling of unity, belonging or being cared for. The motto is who do you know or whose muse are you! High employee turnover.

Great health benefits, bonuses and salary raises.

Cons

The company needs a serious overhaul regarding the mangement such as supervisors and mangers that actually know what they're doing or actually have experience. Rather than relying on the staff to train supervisors
