- open culture, amazing people work there - lunch check 200 CHF/ month as additional benefit - substitute to train ticket

- internal development opportunities can be difficult to find, I had the impression they like to hire from the outside

company growth comes with growing pains, company culture and money/time spent towards employee appreciation events seem to be waning.

No pros whatsoever, no benefits that can be considered as a good as with other companies

Cons

No room for growth, awful working environment and as heard from people in recruiting process, HR team in Costa Rica is the worst experience ever. They don't take their job seriously and they don't even provide proper feedback or follow up unless the candidate keep chasing them which is a bad experience.
