Strayer University offered a great place to get work experience in the education field, and to get some exposure to inner workings of the field.

Cons

There aren't enough professional development opportunities or even positions available for upward mobility, so you work at your job, but there's no real hope for moving up in the company.

I work with wonderful people!

Cons

Corporate is always changing policies and procedures with little and sometimes no notice, so it is easy to do something incorrectly and not even know it until you have repeated the mistake dozens of times.

You will receive great benefits. A good team of people to work with, friendly, outgoing, and fun. They have a good training program and you will have the opportunity to advance.

Cons

You could work many days with long hours. The company could be more family friendly. Too much focus on recruitment and not enought focus on education.
