Pros

Strayer offers some corporate perks. The benefits package is nothing to complain about. Every year you work they also offer around a 3% raise to adjust for the cost of inflation.

Cons

Pending how many students attend your campus, the workload can be very demanding. Everyday is a consistent struggle to get work done on a tight timeline while constantly being interrupted by phone calls, students coming on campus for assistance, and lots of emails. Overtime is not an option so you are expected to get a great deal work done under a unjustified time constraint. Strayer is also consistently changing policy which makes it very hard to remember and keep up with the numerous major changes that occur sometimes weekly.
