      Pros

      Other instructors seem to care about their students and education quality.

      Cons

      Students are of low quality and many should not be in college without serious remedial education. They will literally threaten you. Constant reorganization of management who will brag about their wealthy lifestyles and then fire those who do all the work to raise their salaries. Low pay.

      Pros

      People were cool and I’m still friends with some of them years after leaving but mostly because we all trauma-bonded over how horrible it was to work here

      Cons

      There’s a lot of nepotism and micromanagement. They have a timer that will start a countdown if you’re away from your desk. So say you need to go to the bathroom, it’ll time you. If you’ve been gone for more than 5mins, your manager will send you a chat message asking you where you were. So if you know you’ll be away from your desk for more than 5mins, you gotta let them know ahead of time and why. It was insane.

      Strayer is inclusive and promotes employee continuous learning and growth. Tuition Assistance to further your education is provided. Flexibility Multiple holidays with pay. Hybrid schedule

      Cons

      They need to find a different health insurance company. Cigna is awful. More opportunity to grow within the company
