Unethical Work Environment with EEOC Issues

Pros

Collecting a paycheck, health & education benefits.

Cons

Horrible work environment. Shady management who engage in petty, high school gossip and backbiting while smiling in your face. Extremely high turn over. Unethical university as a whole which does not take appropriate actions when reporting EEOC issues but instead, penalizes the person who reports them. I was sexually harassed and let go for not remaining calm against the person who harassed me for 4 months. Unreal.

Pros

Strayer University values the employee as a human being, and does everything in its power to enforce that. While it is a for-profit business and tough decisions need to be made, from time to time, those decisions are made with the best possible interests of its people in mind. Further, the promotion potential (for those that actually want it) is outstanding. I cannot say enough about this, the most amazing place to work!

Cons

The only "con" is that organizational change is handled a bit haphazardly, but is almost always worth it in the end and easy to get through with the team.
