Pros

Coming from a 24/7 hospital environment, the 8-5pm weekdays feel fabulous. I can leave work at work, and not stress about being available on evenings, weekends, and holidays. I also love my coworkers and the attitudes of everyone in R&D. My direct managers and team are the best I've ever had, and I think there are opportunities for my growth over the next 10 years, at least.

Cons

Sometimes it feels disorganized in our department because we keep changing focus and goals quite a lot. Upper management and executives are not very transparent when big changes happen.
