      Excellent career choice

      Pros

      I just recently became a employee at Streck but, so far so good. It's very organized in the warehouse and very clean. Unlike any warehouse environment I have ever worked in. They make you feel welcomed and the training continues instead of just throwing you out there. I think I'll be a lifer if things keep going down this path.

      People are nice, clean environment, decent pay

      Cons

      Management team doesn't care about you. When hiring they want everything about your past I even had to contact past jobs for pay stubs to prove I worked there. Everything had to get documented even if you took a leak. Too thorough for me. 10 hour shifts sucked. Any promotions depended on if you had a college degree even though I was a supervisor for 2 previous places larger than Streck.
