Decent pay. Coworkers are friendly and competent. It is a very clean workspace. People look out for each other. Management is nonexistent.

Cons

Ridiculous PTO and benefits. No communication between staff and management. I literally had to wait hours to try to find a supervisor when I had a question.

Work life balance, designated shifts and always off work on time. No weekends required unless higher up in company.

Cons

Management is awful and needs to be completely replaced. Many coworkers are out to get you fired. The environment is very cliquey, no communication between departments.
