Pros

The benefits are mostly good, the workload is manageable, and the hours are consistent. You don't need to worry about being available after hours unless you choose to make yourself available for the relatively rare overtime opportunities there may be. Compensation is fair.

Cons

It can seem like upper management doesn't value technicians. Additionally, PTO is insufficient if we're expected to use it for not just our vacation time but also sick leave, family emergencies, and weather related issues, ESPECIALLY during the first year.

Horrible Management

Pros

Work life balance, designated shifts and always off work on time. No weekends required unless higher up in company.

Cons

Management is awful and needs to be completely replaced. Many coworkers are out to get you fired. The environment is very cliquey, no communication between departments.
