Sometimes communication can be an issue. Mangers needing more training in other departments.

They are closed on the weekend.

Cons

Lack of diversity within the organization especially in HR, Executive and C suite levels. They say they are diverse but are not! They have very few diverse individuals in management positions or supervisor positions. All the diversity lies in entry level because they choose not to bring in someone with a diverse background that can have a bigger impact than themselves. They are disrespectful to certain employees even if you are a hard dedicated worker. I had to get out of there!
