Pros

Easy to get hired. Coworkers are usually good people (most of them do their work). You don’t need experience to get hired, you just need to pass their training. Some client relations are great. 401k and flexible schedule.

Cons

Poor insurance - not easily used. No management communication. They yell, gaslight, and blame the staff for what are operational issues, lack of management staff, lack of day-today knowledge for how the studio runs. Some people are allowed to sleep on the job while others work overtime. Body and mental burnout happens in 3 months but no one will care. Underpaid, no raises, no acknowledgement of anything positive. Understaffed and always a revolving door. Fired via text as their top stretcher with no reason. Find out later staff and clients are given different reasons for staff departure. Revenue focus, not client wellbeing focused.
