Pros

Awesome patients, staff, atmosphere. Innovative/creative new modality taking the wellness industry by storm. Great experience for up & coming therapists to receive great exposure to multiple body types and injuries. Great opportunity for advancement via effort, work ethic, and coaching are applied correctly. Great membership sales experience for those just getting out of college or looking for a change of pace.

Cons

Not enough clients to start, need to find more innovative way to generate more patients. $20 - $24/hour equals $10-$12 per half hour. $10 a half hour cant support anyone with or without families. Health insurance for workers is mandatory when doing manual work with patients with severe stiffness/tightness. Not enough team building & staff engagement, owners only worried about bottom line equaling reduction of expenses (employees). Must bring more to table besides $10 and a pat on my back.

Pros

Great clients and nice environment to work in.

Cons

Physically demanding. NO BENEFITS. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE. No commission on sales (as job title promises), unless you hit a certain number.
