The work itself is very hard on even the strongest of bodies. The management goes back on their word all the time. What was promised during hiring was taken away once you actually started working. Flexible schedule was promised during the interviews and then once hired you got in trouble for making changes in your schedule. Not realistic for a full-time job or a consistent income. You can only work the hours you have scheduled if there are actual clients there as well. It was frowned upon if you were doing homework or something while on a break between scheduled clients. You did not know what your schedule was going to look like until the night before or the day of. It made it impossible to plan other things around working because you did not know until the last minute what your schedule was and then you could not block off when you needed to for school or other commitments. There was an overwhelming sense that money was the only thing the owner cared about. They were rude to all of their employees and exhibited poor workplace behaviors in front of clients and other employees. It was clear that they did not value their employees well being.
