Pros
Worked at SZ part time to supplement my income. Loved the environment. Flexible schedule. It was great to be around other like-minded fitness professionals. Opportunities to work outside the store are available if you don't want to be stuck inside. Demo's at wellness studios, local races, etc. I was always busy and met some really cool/interesting clients. You really get to help people feel better and heal and that's the best part. Great perks and discounts at fitness studios around town as well.
Cons
Can be physically demanding. Especially if you are working with a larger client. The protocols they teach are meant to help keep everybody safe- including the stretcher- so it's important to follow them correctly. There were times where I'd be booked 8 stretches in a row with no break. But I was happy to be busy ($) and considered it a mini workout.
