Absolutely terrible business model that does not cater to employees.

1) No Micromanaging Occurs 2) As a manager you can make your store your own as long as you show your owners you are competent and can make them money 3) Keeps your mind refreshed daily on Anatomy/Physiology and Medical Terminology of the human body 4) It's better than McDonald's 5) Chances of you ever having to file a workers compensation claim is almost nonexistent.

Cons

1) HORRIBLE PAY 2) No benefits, PTO, or vacation 3) Gives off somewhat of a pyramid scheme feel when you figure out how the corporate office is really who is making the money 4) Required 2 week training at Stretch Zone's corporate location in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. (SUCH A MONEY GRAB FOR CORPORATE) 5) You might feel like a used car salesman or sleezy snake oil salesman at least 6-7 times daily.

Make your own hours. Networking w/ clients.

Cons

There is no one to act as a liaison between you and the franchise owner - because the owner fired them. Any questions a GM can't answer default to the owner, and good luck getting a response from him! Speaking of poor communication, important information like "Hey! I changed the codes to get into the studios! Here's your studio's code!" is held from us until 10:00 p.m. on Superbowl Sunday. You know, the biggest sporting event in America? The one day of the year you can count on NO ONE looking at their work emails?
