If the management is bad then you will have a hard time.

Easy job and meets a lot of people.

Cons

If the owner isn’t proficient at his job then the business will fail. Also you have to do a lot of marketing for the owner especially if they aren’t taking care of their business. The pay is not even that great either a lot of people leave for better places cause they aren’t getting paid like they should.

Physically demanding. NO BENEFITS. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE. No commission on sales (as job title promises), unless you hit a certain number.
