Okay but not great…

Pros

To mainly help other people feel better and you can have the option to create a flexible work schedule.

Cons

No PTO, No health insurance, no nothing for a benefit package. To make money you basically have to be fully booked for the entire day. If you’re not booked for any stretches, you’re getting paid minimum wage. Over time as a stretcher, your body goes through a lot of ware and tear on your joints. So it’s not an ideal job to have for a long period of time. Clients can book their own appts through an app. And a lot of times you have to stretch whomever it is regardless of their size.

Pros

Gives some experience with Physical Therapy, also allows for social interaction and experience in the business arena.

Cons

Don't pay their employees for the hours they worked. No PTO or sick pay. No benefits. Screwed me over big time while I was out sick. I worked 6 hours and had 6 people, and my original pay scale was $10 per person, and $10 per client. This was told to me by Zoe Clonan on February 3rd of 2020 on my interview date. I should have made $120 dollars on the days I worked before falling ill with COVID, and they only paid me $60. 60 DOLLARS. Did not even pay me for the time that I worked. On top of that they are extremely shady, and will ask you to do all this extra work without paying you for it. No compensation, AND THEY DONT PAY OVERTIME. How about that nonsense?
