Pros

Great work environment. Staff and Management were flexible with my schedule so I can still be there for my toddler. Moving up in the company is encouraged and everyone looks out for each other.

Cons

Not performing each stretch with proper form can lead to injury. Not every client will wear socks which behooves me but at least we have gloves.
