Pros

Great clients, hands on experience, great co workers

Cons

Off seasons can be rough in the overcrowded south Florida market and since a significant portion of pay is on commission, pay drops substantially in offseason. Have to plan in advance.

Pros

Clients and they tips they give you. The clients are the ones who become like family and treat you well. Flexible as you make your own schedule.

Cons

I worked there for 4yrs. I went through 5 managers. Some are great. Some are not. However, that's anywhere you work $10/stretch unless you fight for a raise. I think now with the labor shortage they pay hourly as well in some locations. Otherwise if your not stretching your not getting paid. No healthcare. No PTO No sick days. You get paid to stretch however they always want you to do more around the store....free labor.

Pros

Meeting the wide variety of clients who seek improvement in health and mobility helps

Cons

The companies platform and operations is geared toward short term employment. They do not offer support, vacation time or any benefits such as 401k or health insurance even though your body is being used. You’ll find that you are actually in need of stretches more than the clients seeking help quickly
