Pros
I had a great staff and rapport with the clients I was able to help. Stretching is my lifestyle so this was easy for me to sell the benefits.
Cons
Does not pay sick hours to employees nor does the owner know how to actually document the time. Fails to send out w2s in the mail for years and is withholding my pay check stubs and current w2 from last year. Failed to offer and workers compensation claims when i was injured on the job and for other employees. the pay structures are loose and not defined. its apparent the time is spent on building new franchises rather than the legacy ones.
