Great coworkers, 90% of clients are awesome & make the job great. Decent pay (when calendar is booked)

Cons

Pay is unsteady, low hourly. Sometimes stressful with bookings/systems being incorrect. A number of disgruntled members due to cancellation/membership policies, highly expensive for low return for client (imo). I personally was offered a management position & left a long term job for that offer. never came after 1 year of working for lower pay than promised. had to leave to earn more income.
