Great retail experience/ lack of managerial oversight

-friendly work environment -learn to adapt and improvise -commission is provided for membership sales -good part time job to make money on the side

Cons

-lack of oversight from management and owner -not much creative opportunity for sales representatives -as retail prices go up, pay for employees stay the same (minimum wage) -high turnover because of lack of professionalism from management -owner is not great at hiring managers that are cut out for the managerial role
