Pros

Flexologists and front desk are great to work with. People who come in are looking for your help. Good learning experience.

Cons

Not compensated appropriately. No perks or benefits. It’s a franchise and as such you are seen as the money maker. Owners push toxicity. No days off or paid holidays.
