Pros

The team here is really great, I like most of my clients a lot, and it’s relatively chill.

Cons

The pay sounds great per hour until you get paid minimum wage when you don’t have a client booked for that time slot, if your studio manager even allows you to stay clocked in. Sales are in charge of booking prospects but we don’t have a lot of people in our studio for some reason so there’s lots of unpaid hours or half paid hours. No benefits, minimal sick pto, and lots of cutting corners. It’s a franchise there’s that.
