Pros

A great environment, decent pay for the work, a great health and wellness approach, wonderful flexibility with my other job, they look out for workers as far as avoiding burnout, good communication with monthly meetings

Cons

No benefits unless you are full time. Can be physically demanding at times.

Pros

good way to learn sales

Cons

pay is terrible for the amount of work there is and what you need to know to succeed in this job, not bad as a part time gig but dont rely on this place for a living

Pros

Great concept with awesome clients, coworkers, management, and continued education.

Cons

Terrible pay, no benefits, ownership has their service providers doing cold calls now, ownership does not care about well being of their service providers, very aggressive and cheesy sales tactics now being trained by someone who clearly can't read their audience/market.
